At Lodge Cast Iron, we stand behind the quality of our cookware and want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If your item is unused and in its original packaging, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Download and print the pre-paid UPS shipping label provided at the end of the return request process.

• 3.
  Pack Your Cookware

  Securely place the unused items in their original box, ensuring there is enough padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Ship and Refund

  Drop off your package at any authorized UPS location; once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
